Items.
o Cast time for Bleeding Razor is removed from Razor of the Rog.
o Recast delay is reduced to 6 mins (from 10 mins) on Elven Rope, Baron Yosig's Skeleton, Mask of the Darklord and Teardrop of the Fairy.
o Hammer of the High Priest now cures 12 counters (up from 6) per cast.
o Vex Thal weapons now have Extra Planar bane damage.
o Items dropped by The Chaos (T8) have had their skill mods bumped up a few points.
Quests.
o Scribe Gurthix (Halls of Honor) now accepts 1-4 quest items at a time.
o Trizy, The Exchange Master (The Hidden Forest and Guild Hall) now preserves augments through an item exchange. Feel free to swap your donator weapons from 1.0 to 2.0 and vice versa. Your augments are safe and sound, now!
o Players who have defeated The Chaos event will now be able to zone into the instance without the need of wearing the mask.
NPCs.
o Vol`Mantuu is back to his cave.
o Vampire Adds in the Vasella fight (DSK3) have had their damage output reduced and their AC lowered.
