Code:
o Fixed a bug where NPCs were able to aggro players from 3-4x their normal distance.
o Fixed a bug where aggro was not resetting after a player died.
o Added a few preventative measures to make sure item swaps, spell casting, and buff routines were not triggering before a player had fully loaded into a zone.
o Sped up the overall start-up/shut-down of instance zones for stability reasons.
o Fixed a crash dealing with instances that used unique versions (Vex Thal, Hall of Honor, Dreadspire, etc).
o Fixed a memory leak when NPCs spawned. This was leading to higher than intended memory usage in static zones where npcs were constantly being killed and respawning.
o Fixed a performance issue when zones with unique versions were starting up. The server was loading data twice from the database which was causing slower than normal zoning times. These zones should be loading significantly faster for players.
