Brief update to prepare the launch of LdoN.

The Warrior Disc Power Slam has had a recast time of 2 secs added to prevent perma stunning mobs. In return, i added a +100 raw hate everytime you click it to help with agro transition. If this works, then we can remove the no-stun flag from all trash mobs.
