Quick update:
o Some internal stuff to make hotfixes more reliable
o Fixed Vengeance of the Phoenix spell
o Fixed Stone of Dark Tidings Rec Level
o Fixed an issue with mob special abilities which could sometimes cause a zone crash
o Expedition lockouts should respawn again when the lockout expires while you're in zone.
