o Fixed some issues with some aggro coding for spells that was overwriting any other form of hate caused.
Items:
o Yellow Ornaments from the Holiday events are no longer Armor restricted.
o Yellow Ornaments from the Holiday events are no longer slot 1 flagged.
o Green Ornaments from the Holiday events are now limited to Back, Range, Primary and Secondary (weapon only still).
