"Uh-hum-hum-uh, Calling All Defenders of The Forest! This is Mayor Gibbins from the town of Rivervale once again! Sylvia wanted to send her greatest thanks for the job well done assisting her and the other Druids with the Werewolf menaces. Now that our Fall Festival is in full swing, our candy maker Old Sticky Toes has run out of supplies to make his infamous candy pops! I humbly send out one final request for all Defenders to come by our town and lend another hand in this horrible crisis!"

o Runnyeye Goblins received another ~30% reduction in their HP, and 45% reduction in their DPS.
o Increased the drop rate of Marshmallow treats in Runnyeye from 25% to 50%.
