New Magelo tool ready for the wild.

o The Snowflake aug is fixed to be wearable (but it can still melt... only kidding
).
o The aviaks (South Karana) and sharks (Natimbi) will now drop augs more frequently.
o Draekon will no longer summon prematurely at his 59% phase.

- Redesigned front and back-end.
- Faster.
- Fixed calculation of haste.
- Updated AC/HP/Mana/End formulae.
- Item stats now reflect the added stats from augs.
- Item stats now show bane and other +DMG.
- New menu: Flags shows raid progression and aura flags on THF.
- New menu: Skill Mods shows your highest skill mods (including instrument) and what worn slots they're in.
- New menu: Focus Effects shows all available focuses and which you have filled, and what worn slots they're in.
- New menu: Worn Effects shows all of your worn effects and the worn slots they're in.
- Added support for supplementary stats like +Healing and +Spell DMG.
- Some URL paths have changed. A redirector is in place to maintain any old links in the forum/sigs, but it's advised that you update them.
- Removed Bots/Corpse/Faction and Money display.
