o The respawn timer for trash mobs in TZ/VZ instance increased greatly.
NPCs.
o Spirit of Sune now scales buffs a little better. Rk. I buffs are available with a Vulak (T2) kill flag. Rk. II buffs are available with a Rk. III buffs are available with a Phara`Dar or Cazic Thule (T6) kill flag. Also, /tgb [ON|OFF] is no longer needed. If you are in a group, Spirit of Sune will buff all group members within range.
Spells.
o Seath's Chant will now properly increase melee mitigation by 10%.
o Reduced range for the Kiss of Life spell line.
Evolving item system.
o Several improvements and bug fixes.
