Quests.
o Epic 1.5 stones' drop rate is back to normal (was way too low).
NPCs.
o Jopals in Doomfire, The Burning Lands will drop 1-10 Steaming Waters maximum.
Web tools.
o Account creation, password reset, and password recovery are now redone in the new style. (please test the email functionality and general functionality if you can)
o Achievement page now properly looks at player augments to determine item ownership.
o Achievement page now checks for the Sleeper Key on both the key ring and inventory.
o Items display has been slightly adjusted for better spacing.
o Added more spell effect description translations for more human-readable spell info.
