Items:
o Brilliance of Fear was moved from a focus effect to a worn effect on Withered Totem of Widdershins and Zombie Flesh Bracer to help them stack with other focus effects from other items.
o Staff of the Earthcrafter now range usable while secondary as option is removed.
Code:
o Fixed a new rule that was blocking worn effects from stacking with focus effects. Players should notice slight boosts in damage again from items with worn effects like Faerune II and III.
o Fixed a zone crash dealing with NPC appearances.
o Fixed a bug that would sometimes cause quest added loot not to drop properly.
NPCs:
o Doubled the fail timer on Abyss Keeper event from 10 minutes to 20 minutes.
