Vex Thal:
- o FIxed a zone crash related to Luclin event.
o Cleaned up some emote in Luclin event to help make sense of what was happening.
o Moved Aphex's spawn point a little off from the treasure chest that spawns after Talriem is killed.
o Lnarthov's HP was reduced approximately 50% to help offset the caster only damage requirement. (this may be adjusted more as feedback comes in)
