Today we release our brand new zone, Citadel of the Worldslayer! This is the first chapter of our new story, following the adventures of the Farseer sisters, Livi and Ghillie.
This storyline will span across several tiers and this first release is just the beginning of the story. It is a story-driven group instance of T7 difficulty. Though it's not restricted to players who are flagged for T7 (anyone of level 70 can create an instance), it's recommended for that level due to its difficulty. We intend for this to pose a real challenge for you!
The features and highlights of CotW are:
- More than 50 new items for you to loot (30+ of which are gear),
- 14 new npcs to kill (most are types completely new to THF)
- And a couple surprises for you to discover
- Some of the items are useful at any tier, so something for everyone to hunt for.
- We're also releasing a new feature to the server, the Storytellers. The first storyteller is Azakir and you can find him in the hidden forest hub zone. This feature is something we're going to build on over time and we hope it'll let you enjoy and immerse yourself more in the lore and stories of THF. This is just the beginning, there will be more stories added as we can add them.
