Please update your client with the latest THF files through the THF patcher.
Spell file
o Fixed Blightborn Detonation to stop showing as a player spell (it's not)
Plane of Tactics - Recipes
o The Blue Knife and Blue hammer recipes (Rallos Zek bane weapons) now result in two items as a reward, so dual wield characters no longer need to complete the quest twice.
