Patching Live and Dev servers, web services will be down for a few minutes.
Spells.
o Prism of Energy focus is temporary removed from Dragon Soul Staff until we find a fix (or will just replace it with another effect)
o Voice of the Darklord should now properly proc the 4k DD.
