New Level 1-69 spell revamp live

The new spells that were mentioned in this thread (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14778) are now live!
Make sure you patch to the latest version with the THF Patcher!
Also in this update:
o Players that try and zone will be warned about being too low level and prevented from an endless zone loop.
o New GM commands to help us with scaling content
