Change log for today's update:
o Added a new Anger proc slot 8 augment for weapons only to tier 7. Zuru has added to his collection of discordant augments and now drops Discordant Anger
o Added a new Anger proc slot 8 augment for weapons only to tier 9 that drops in the T9 instance: Dranik's Anger
