Patch to fix a few of the following issues:
Patch to fix a few of the following issues:
- Staff of the Sorcerer now has Familiar of Power as it's click effect
- New Wizard rain spells had their AoE range reduced in line with other rain spells
- Rain spells will damage wizards again if they're in the AoE range.
- Fixed charges on some of the Solteris drops where they were incorrect.
- Fixed Drop of Pure Sunlight level requirement.
- Cloak of Solteris had it's click effect fixed.
- Fixed a bug with crippling blast where critical blasts were overriding the crippling chance to fire, some worn2 effects with crippling blast were reduced now that this is fixed.
- Dragon Soul Staff got a new focus effect.
- Instant cast spells will no longer fizzle to compensate for issues where fizzling would lock up the spell bar for the recast duration of the spell.
- Theft of the Phoenix dumbfire pets should work properly now.
