The good news is, we will launch the Achievement System in the next 2 days the latest! This should be fun and unique eqemu wide, I hope you guys will love it! 
Btw, sorry about the long reboot time. A null/corrupted entry in the DB crashed the server, giving no error at all in the logs, so we had to track it down step by step, what actually took a few mins..
