Password recovery page and some quested aug replacement

The password recovery page (for THF accounts) should be fully functional once again. Thanks Waor for reporting the issue!
Patch notes.
The following augmentations:
o Fordel Gem (Haven Hero task)
o Mark of the World Boss Hunter (The World Boss Hunter task)
o A Forbidden Jewel of the Slavers (Free the Dragorn task)
will now be replaced by their main task giver in case players would lose any of them.
