::: NEW Spell File :::
A new set of Spells have been created by Tyler with the help and input from the Community. We are pretty excited about the new spells so we wanted to give you a brief look at what you can expect in the next couple of days.

The spells are all in the Spellfile already so we only have to create the Scrolls, Drops and Quests for them (only ha!) and let's not forget some inGame testing.Anyways, the Spells will come in 3 Tiers.

Tier1 - Rare drop off Trash in PoStorms (due next week)
Tier2 - quested in BoT (due next week)
Tier3 - drops in Tier7 Raid zone (yet to be announced)

ENC - Wrath of the Phantasmist
Reduces ALL target resists by 30(40,50),stacks with everything else

SHM - Godly Conversion
Increase Crit DOt, Crit Heal, Crit HoT, Crit Spell by 10 (15/20)

SK - Death March
Increase Dmg Mod by 10(15/20)%, adds a 50(75/100) pt Lifetap, group version

MNK - Shattering Fist
NPC Debuff - Increases Damage taken by Target by 5(8/12)% for 30 secs

NEC - Soul Theft
2500 (3500/4500) Lifetap and adds 1(2/3) Swarmpets which last for 15(20/25) seconds

WIZ - Maelstrom of Power
2500 (3500/4500) Ice based Dot, lasting 3 tics, resist check -100 (-125/-150)

BRD - Haydn's Chorus
AE Song - giving 15hp/mana (20/25), removing 1 poison/disease counter (2/3), adding 2(3/6) Damage Shield and adding 10(15/20) AC
Keep in mind these are Base Values modified by instruments

MAG - Summon: Rod of Force
Summons a no-rent Rod that has 1 charge of Hail of Rods, which does
3 ticks of 2500 (3500/4500) DD to a single target

PAL - Vengeful Retribution
Adds a buff to the Paladin's group which procs a 500 (1000/1500) rune
each time a party member is hit

RNG - Empowering Water
Gives the target a 75(100/125) HP regen and raises the min hit
damage by 100(125/150) %

ROG - Illusion: Invisible Man
(ENC pet style), lasting 5(10/100) minutes + adding a 2500(3000/3500) rune on the Rogue

WAR - Cry of Warning
Grants your group a 5 (15/25)% chance to avoid inc melee for 1 min.

BER - Cold Rage
Adds a 250(350/500) regen, 15(20/25) Damage Mod. In return the
Berserker will take 15(20/25)% more damage.

CLE - Unwavering Faith
Places a buff upon the Target, which will reduce inc melee damage by
5(8/12) %

BST - Wild Cat
Summons 2(3/4) black Pumas which lasts up to 15(20/25) seconds
p.s. Epic Clicks should be working again

DRU - Animal Attunement
Buffs the Druids pet with 100(125/150)% haste, 200(225/250) STR, AC and adds a 5,10.15% DMG mod
