New Server Code

Edit: fyi, our private Login Server is up and running. We are doing final tests. So SoD compatibility and a totally independent private login server is coming soon! We'll post details once we'll go live with it. Stay tuned! =)

Changelog
- HT AA's should display recast appropriately - These timers should reflect if you have Touch of the Wicked as well
- Bot giveitem should no longer restore a bot's health/mana outside of hub zones
- Bot AI is by no means in its final state, but healers should function significantly better now (especially shaman, clerics, & druids)
- SoF Clients will no longer be able to click items freely - added several checks to prevent longstanding exploit
- Apply Poison should fire now - Needs 1 more revision though.
- Fixed a saylink issue that was triggering a crash and teleporter script to prevent future crashes
- Working on xegony fix
- PoFear: Cloak of Fearsome now with Ferocity VIII
- GuK: Chaotic Braided Cinch Cord is now Attunable
- SHM Spell : Godly Conversion is now used with the Alteration Skill
- NEC: Shadow Orb should have a Charge now once summoned
- Item: DawnFire, Morning Star of Light is no drop now
