Changelog
ITEMS: Blade of forgotten Skills had its click effect removed and Brilliance of Order added as Focus effect (both prenerf and new versions).
ITEMS: Swirling Feathers Prenerf had its effect changed from Dodge 4 to Brilliance of Chaos
ITEMS: ToV Wiz pants now have Brilliance of Chaos.
ITEMS: Exquisite Leather of Truth got Faerune effect
MAGE : Share Health AA rewritten - check out this post for details
SPELLS: Removed reagent requirement for a couple of Self buffs
SPELLS: increased duration of Wizard Damage Shields
ZONE: Kael Drakkal had its trash retuned. If the mob flurried before, it now quads. If it did quad before, it now tripple attacks. Everything else is unchanged.
