ITEM: Ring for the Enegergized had its effect changed to Potential III (recast etc all adjusted)
ITEM: Crystal of Potential I-III had their effects changed to be self only
NPC: Twitter - she is more talkitive now and won't eat items
NPC: Floon won't eat items anymore
