::: NEW SPELL FILE :::

Trash in VP will now have a respawn time of 1 day. This was done to accomodate the fact that CoH is disabled. Royal Guards and Guardians will still respawn faster.

Phara Dar has been retuned
- no longer needs to be in melee range for spells to land
- AE Stun had it's resist check lowered from -550 to -450 and duration from 12 to 6 secs
- Adds are now charmable (should have been from the beginning)

Misc changelog
- SPELL RNG Hail of Arrows had a range of 100 added to it
- SPELL NEC True Death now has a Specter Illusion
- SPELL DRU Animal Attunement Rank 1-4 (you read right!) now has a Kiss of Life proc added to it
- DISC WAR Cry of Warning now features Evasive and Defensive abilities
- Grammar police was in action again
