All EQEmulator services (Website/Forums, Loginserver, IRC) will be coming down at 12:45 PM EST on Thursday, August 12th. I can't give an exact eta but it should be sometime between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
You can bypass this downtime if you register your Accounts with our Login Server. Details here
