EDIT: More code fixes in.

Ssra: Raid named which are included in HH quest have had the respawn times lowered to 12 hours. This effects: Emperor, Blood, XtC, HP, Cursed cycle, and Rhags event.

Reboot now, server is down for a few mins. Zeiksz is working on the server code - stability improvements.
Minor fixes will go live with this reboot (already listed on the forum).
