ITEM: Aged Staff of Null and Aged Apothic Staff are now wieldable in both Caster hands.
ITEM: Gleaming Pendant of Order had its cast time halfed effectively doubling it's DPS output

NPC: Dummies are gone from the Guild Hall till we fix the skill ups there.
