Few mins longer reboot. Patching the server with security updates.

WEB: Guild progression chart updated!
ZONE: BoT respawn time restriction removed from Guild Halls.
Bots: Bots shouldn't be immune to haste anymore.
Bots: High level AC calculation reworked.
ITEM: Frozen Farseeker Boots now have a +12 Offense Mod
SPELL: Divine Intervention no longer requires Emeralds to cast, DI II will be introduced on another occassion (bug has bee identified and will be fixed)
