Changelog:
- Halloween Event: some ae's and processes removed from trash npcs
- Halloween Event: loot drop rate increased slightly on trash drops
- NPC: The Boogie Man and Terrorclaw should not depop when day breaks now and put on a 24hr respawn no worries we have other backup suprises during peak times if needed.
- NPC: Skullcracker (Halloween edition) respawn variance removed (8 hours repop now)
- ITEM: Haunted Hachet 1hs mod changed to 2hs
- ITEM: Disguise of the Assassin has now lower weight and custom look
