Minor changes with huge impact

As i already announced yesterday - Pacification has been nerfed for ToV. It is now required to have a somewhat skilled puller to bring you the baddies.

It will be removed from all future highend raid zones, too.

I also removed ROG Bots ability to open doors. This was needed as there are custom doors that require a unique key to be opened ONLY if you have said key. It was possible to open this door with ROG bots.

In return, im willing to remove most other doors that require a key/rog as i am aware that on Emu servers you not always have a Rog available. Please let me know at the Feedback section which door should have the key requirement removed.
