NEW SPELL FILE:
Spells:
o Potential fix for Moon Cursed not landing on other players.
o Increased the mana cost of Hawk's Talon and lowered the cast time
Code:
o Server Reboot Messages are now working again
o Fixed a bug with the Evolving Items code that would delete lore Augments when an item successfully evolved.
