Dreadspire:
o Hatchet Event has been updated with the latest Crash prevention code and respawn fixes.
Spells:
o Poison of the Mindbender will now increase spell damage on mobs with the debuff like originally designed (5% spell dmg increase)
o Overbearing Power Rk I-III will now increase spell damage on mobs with the debuff like designed (30% spell dmg increase)
o Enraged Volley Rk I-III got a slight boost in damage
o Bolt of Flaming Stone Rk I-III should now summon the swarm pet
o Fixed the mixed up damage between Gelid Strike Rk I and II
o Animalistic Fury Rk I-III are now flagged as Disciplines/tomes.
