Dreadspire:
o Fixed the issue with trash NPCs chain casting their AE's
o Azail event updated with the latest crash prevention/respawn code
o Visath event updated with latest crash prevention/respawn code
o Xeru event updated with latest crash prevention/respawn code
o Numerous trash scripts updated with latest crash prevention code
o Hatchet event will no longer respond if you use the Chains of reflection on him prior to the correct part in the script. This was causing some confusion on when to use them.
