Server code update.
Vaion is working around the clock to update the server code to the latest eqemu revision plus he's improving the code meantime to offer better stability and performance to the server overall. We would like to take the opportunity to thank all the T8 guilds for helping us debug T8 content on the test server. Thank you guys, you are great and making this server even better!
We found also a major source of lag and that has been eliminated.
New zones.
We are working on several new zones from level 60 up to 70+ raid zones (this includes up to Tier 7). Teaser from some upcoming GoD zones.
Tier 9 raid progression zone will be Temple of Marr.
Several zones are ready for itemization which means we should release some of them very soon.
New quests.
The Headhunter quest will continue along with the Epic 3.0 quest. We'll also introduce many new quests and events in the upcoming zones.
Secret projects!
Just to name one.. We are working on some exciting stuff to use all the unspent/banked AAs.
Server supporters.
As we promised, server supporter items will also be upgraded to match Tier 8 and the upcoming Tier 9 items. This should happen in the next few days. We'll have a small surprise for the ones who support us. We'll introduce a brand new line of donator weapons with improved/new clicky spells and new weapon visuals. You'll be able to switch between the old and new weapons for free and enjoy either one based on your choice!
Additional Info.
As always, there will be GM events, double exp/godly point weekend (look for one very shortly) and we'll celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving and Xmas as we do every year with custom events.
