o The Soul Bound items bought from the Evolving items merchant had their weight reduced to help out Monks.
o The evolving Monk BP line also had the weight reduced.
o Drachnid Rib Bone Shield now has a 5 second recast.
o Shawl of the Elements recast time lowered to 5 seconds.
Spells:
o Blood Power and Blood Weakness will no longer overwrite Mana flare/Mana Inferno
Zones:
o Nadox:
- o Sunder Soul will now depop after a wipe during the Fevarn event.
- o Volkara has been returned to service.
