o Fixed a few issues with item recasts using the same recast as their casted spell couterparts.
o Fixed a few issues with items that do not have a recast type that prevented them from being used as designed.
Please test and let us know if there would be any problem with spell recast.

o Claw of the Arbiter augmentation is now back usable
