Code:
o Another potential fix for crashes dealing with buffs fading off while in the middle of casting spells.
Spells:
o Touch of the Witch Queen will now proc Mana Flare type spells.
o Sullon's Frenzy now has a 75% damage mod increased from 50%.
o Strike of Vengeance will now life tap your enemy instead of nuking you. Ooops!
Items:
o Statue of Draekon will 100% work now.
o Dragon Pouches are now flagged as magic and no trade items.
NPC:
o Elyse's script (normal zones teleporter) got a complete revamp.
