- o Some minor work on a few spell effects.
Spells:
- o Euphoric Noose had its chance to cast the AE buff increased from 20% to 50%.
o New tier 8 Enchanter spell: Euphoric Spasm. This debuff increases melee damage done to a mob.
Items:
- o Sacred Dragon Bones has been upgraded slightly to make the augment more appealing.
o Added a new augment to Vistrinda's loot table: Sacred Dragon Eye.
Zone:
- o Halls of Honor
- o CoTH blocks should really be removed now.
