o Made some adjustments to a few spell effect IDs. The changes shouldn't affect anything, but if you find a spell acting weird let us know.
o Fixed an issue with weapon procs where players could get mana flare procs to still work.
o Increased the range that a viral spell will spread to from 30ft to 45ft.
o Fixed a small memory leak in combat text.
o Added support for some new spell effects.
o Fixed up a minor error in calculating who defeated a NPC. Players should see less "poofed" corpses now. -- Please give some feedback on this change.

o Reinforced Leather Skullcap finally caught up to the other LDoN Helms and gained Faerune.
o Band of Dawnfire's recast timer was reduced to 10 minutes.
