o Fixed an issue that allowed charm and root to nearly always land despite resists/level differences
o Heroic resists will now be factored in when calculating players ability to resist certain spells.
o Fixed an issue with increase and decrease mana cost spell effects overwriting one another.
o Added support for a few new spell effects.

Spells:
o Fixed the icon display for Storm Strike and Flame Blaze recourse so that you can now visually see which feedbacks you are being affected by.
o Fixed the targeting error message for a number of spells.
