Spells:
o Magicians now have two new Tier 8 DD spells: Fickle Inferno (Upgrade to Fickle Fire) and Comet Strike (Upgrade to Star Strike).
o Fixed an issue where Insidious Harvest would sometime disappear from the buff bar without rewarding mana.
Code:
o Fixed a bug that would sometimes allow Effect on Fade spells to cast twice if players had twin proc bonuses.
o Cast on Fade Effects have now been given a success %. Most spells in game remained at 100%, but some were lowered.
o Fixed an issue that was allowing new guilds to have the Guild Progression of guilds that had been deleted.
Zones:
o Rivervale is back to normal.
Alla Clone:
o The Guild Progression Chart will no longer show guilds that have been deleted.
o You may now select the guild name on the Progression Chart and it will take you to the Guild Roster.
o Items now show cast time on click effects again.
o Fixed up a number of issues with descriptions of spell effects.
