Items.
o Kiki's Recipe Book from Natimbi Meat Quest is now usable by all classes.
Spells.
o NEC/SK spell Augment death had it's recast delay removed.
o Wrath of the Protector got a new illusion, the Kyv Hunter. It should align more with the purpose of the effect, which is to promote archery.
o There were some final tweaks on the donor BP effects. The duration for the monk, rogue, bard, zerker and ranger click effects got extended to 1 minute.
