MQ2 HUD bots view

- On the top, the Number of player in Zone and the Sune Dornator timer (0=Ready for recast)
- On the middle left, the Boss DPS balance HPs
- The Bots global view:

1st colum is the CastNumber in Queue or the Background function inc. (ex C=Coth, L=Loot, P=PetWeapon, Z=Zoning...) or @=if toon is out of zone
2nd col for the name, the HP,END or MANA and below the CastName incoming
3rd col target HP and Target Name
