WinEQ + RoF2

A bit of a preface...
Since switching from UF+WinEQ to using RoF2 (without WinEQ) i am getting lag on 2 out of 6 clients, always the same 2 clients. Didnt seem to be an ini issue as i tried different characters and they lagged on those accounts too. 2nd guess was CPU Affinity issue. I tried setting them all to -1 but that just made everything lag. Looking at the task mgr it was just dumping everything on cpu0 instead of auto assigning like it was supposed to. So i changed that back to how it was originally.
So i tried using RoF2 + WinEQ. 9/10 times it crashes on startup, sometimes giving an error message about cannot intialize EQplayNice, sometimes just not starting at all. When you can finally get it running though, it works, and it seems to work great.
After launching RoF2 with WinEQ like 100 times in a row to finally get past the crashes and error, i have all 6 running and they are running as smooth as they were with UF + WinEQ.
Now my question is, how can i replicate this wonderful performance without having to go through 30 mins of crash try again on 6 clients to get them all running with RoF2 + WinEQ.
