I want opinions about a bugfix:

Values set:
- AA #1: 120% lifetap - adjusted to 125% after poll
- AA #2: 150% lifetap - adjusted to 200% after poll
- AA #3: 200% lifetap - adjusted to 300% after poll

I did not change the proc rate.

I did fix for Black Shroud proc.
- reply if you think other procs are / would be needed.

Ya got this day (or two), after that the fix goes live and thread will be closed.

I voted underpowered (Bit biased, since I play an SK).

Reason: Anything to help close the gap between knights and warriors.

Please suggest new values! If you go into details with "why" that is just better. I never played SK, that is why I can not feel it is underpowered or not.

I agree tho, Warriors do about 3-4 times the DPS of a Knight. I'd like to see that more going to the 2-2.5 times the DPS region.

Then again i cannot really judge how much influence Lifetaps have in terms of overall SK DPS.

After my tests that Black shroud did like 150ish tap per proc (like 5-10 a minute), with AA you get it's 120,150,200% - so like about 300ish tap. BTW. I do not think knights should be considered as DPS. They were off-tanks the times I played regular EQ, and always warrior was the ĂĽber - knight had only the defense skill matching with warrior.

Yea but Warriors are not DPS either but still do as much as monks,rangers,zerkers etc.

So we can go now and half War DPS (which people hate us for) OR improve the DPS from other classes

I've always been fine with warriors outtanking knights, but I've never felt that warrior dps should be leaps and bounds better than knights. If you do a /who all for warriors and knights (excluding all those pally bots) and look at just the lvl70s I think you'll notice a trend.

As it stands right now knights are inferior in both tanking and damage. They should be better or atleast equal in one of those fields. On live it was argued that knights had utility (lol?) to make up for it, but with the number of utility clickies on this server I think that point is null.

I would not like to increment so linearly - I am fine with just incrementing the values, because you (who actually play shadowknight) think it is needed, but I want to make every point worth and more worth. So if you get an AA that is cool, but if you get all that is pretty k3wl.

I would not like to overpower this at all, because nerf stick will grow with overpowering, and peeps do not like nerf.

So vote and suggest wisely .

btw my sk i use to tank is bloodie 221 aai and gear ranging from tov to air
