Chain celestial heal (CCH hehe)

Could we please get a bot AI update to have them check for HoTs on the person before attempting to cast another one? I summoned up my bot for some healing, and he loved to just chain cast celestial heal (CCH) on me (which is fine and all) but he would only let it tick twice, and cast it again and used up like 15-20% mana doing it. Currently all cleric bots should be renamed to Sinzan hehe
