I just wanted to throw this in there. Back when Kael was released, evo was already partially geared with ssra loot. To do Kael mobs we would need 2 clerics and at least 1-2 patch healers. It was also a good idea to have two warriors as well.
I also couldn't help but notice that Bumsock doesn't (or didn't when you raided) have max defensive AA. I'm sure I don't need to tell you this, but max defensive AA can make or break a tank. Looking at Rawrs, I see the same thing. My advice to you is this, if mobs are too hard then don't jump straight into raids. Raids were tuned against tanks with at least 200 AA and full defensive, they're not meant to be easy.
Also, as Jerant said, try to recruit more. There are 70's that I am sure would be happy to join your guild, so set up an OOC message for recruitment and make a post on the servers guild recruitment forums. On average, Evo/Prog had between 2-3 groups when raiding tier 1 zones. All raid encounters are tuned so that it will be very difficult for 2 groups, and a little easier with three. Keep that in mind when calling raids.
On a final note about aa, it's a good idea to have your melee DPS also max out defensive AA asap. Due to the number of AE rampage mobs on this server basically everyone needs to tank. When I re-opened Evo recruitment a few months back I made a requirement of max defensive aa's within the trial period, that's how critical they are in raiding.
If you do all of this and still have unreasonable trouble raiding, then something is definitely wrong with the servers content. I can guarantee you though that you will not
