Magician Bots

Why not give mage bots a COH option? And so people dont abuse, give it a 10min recast
It would be abused with a 10 minute recast, all you'd have to do is use that 10 min recast CoTH on an actual Magician and you accomplish the same thing as a donator item or extremely rare raid drop.
Its the same reason Necromancer Bot's cannot summon corpses, its highly exploitable.
