Armor Clickies and Bots

I traded out Armor of the Helpless from my character and my bot and when I tried to click the BP or Legs I got a message of "Out of Charges" and can no longer use the effects on them.
Anyone else having this issue?

Forgot to mention that I was switching out armor to upgrade augs (I was switching the inferior aug'd gear i was wearing with his unaug'd gear to use for the new augs).
