BoT spell list

Highly recommend removing Fear and Charm spells form the BoT spell lists now that they work. HAd an SK fear a named in SEB and agro half the zone.
I second that emotion...if I happen to charm a cleric mob (hoping it will heal itself) it will end up fearing whatever mob it is on all over hell and half of Georgia.
